The Problem: Yelp, Tripadvisor, and other popular reviews apps were designed to assist users in finding a satisfying meal. We have observed that these phone apps ignore users that have strict dietary restrictions and mislead them with reviews based primarily on non-dietary restrictive foods. This is causing users to be dissatisfied with their meal and experience.



The Solution: We interviewed people that have food allergies to see what pain points they had while living with their allergies. We found that they struggle with finding good quality food at restaurants. Through this we built an app that gives different restaurant recommendations based on their allergies.
